"Not awesome, not bad"

This game had some great features which many people like in a game, such as gore and extreme mindless killing. However, it had some un-originality; I saw the speed of Unreal Tournament games and a very similar engine to Quake III. Some of the enemies seemed to come right out of Resident Evil, but they put in their own things as well.

For some people it was a bit too fast. It did have room for improvement in the field of glitches. It had a very original story line, however, the fact that to get the full ending you must go through the game a second time was an extreme drop in points.

It had some bad logic, and some stages didn't fit into the story at all. It seemed to have some hint of anti-god, but I highly doubt they meant any discrimination.

The biggest space for improvement was freedom; You cannot do anything but kill, you can't wander around and the levels become monotone after a while. The guns are too limited, and any good first-person shooter needs lots and lots of guns.

A nice thing was explosions; towards they end you get some nice fires going off and stashes of gun-powder which you can blow up.

It will change person to person depending on what you look for in an action game; for this I expected lots of blood (which I did get, but I mean LOTS of blood) and explosions. But if you like a sort of Resident Evil thriller mixed with a nice amount of action, I suggest getting it.

But if you are like me and strive for the perfect game, I suggest getting Oblivion first and then this. I do not mean to put anyone off of buying it, I am just saying that those who want the perfect game should have this as something they quickly finish and then move on.

A table of rating:

Graphics: 6.5
Story: 7
Game-play style: 8
Coding: 7.5
Freedom: 3
Sound: 7
Extra features (Black Tarott, soul catching, etc.): 8

It's a nice game to have, but it is very easy; I finished it within a day.
