"Point and click"

Well, welcome to Trickster Online. As you will find, this is a game where mostly everything is a point and click thing.

Now lets start with the Graphics. Its a sort of cute 2/3-Dimension Setting. The effects given off by the skills of the characters are quite astounding. Trickster graphics are very unique. Their graphics rival and even surpass those of other animated graphic MMORPGs. The monsters are detailed with a touch of cuteness, while others are detailed with the image of an ominous setting.
Overall Graphics Rating: 9/10

Next we move onto the Gameplay itself. What makes trickster interesting, is the classes and skills. In this game, the classes are named after animals; Such as the lion, bunny, buffalo, dragon, sheep, raccoon, cat and fox. These classes also break down into four categories. Which are, Power, Sense, Charm and Magic. Whichever one you choose, it will still be a blast! Now, with the skills; As in most games skills are given to you when you first choose your class or advance to a new one. Here in Trickster however, you must purchase your skills. At first they are rather cheap, but as you progress they get rather expensive. In order to actually learn the skill, you will need the appropriate TM lvl. What is the TM Lvl? Well this TM level system allows you to gain up enough experience in it, to where the point you will have enough to purchase a skill and learn it. In order for you to raise the experience in your TM lvl, you will need to successfully kills monsters, do quest, and dig and gain an item from digging successfully. Now this brings us to digging. I think I can say with confidence that this is one of the only games that introduced the "Drill System". What is the Drill System? Well its something that allows you to acquire a drill and walk around digging things up. Now, you may not always be successful at finding items, but regardless, you are able to gain experience points from digging. You will find that their gameplay is rather addicting. I found myself constantly playing this the first time I started. Just try not to play so much as to where you exhaust yourself.
Overall Gameplay Rating: 10/10

The Sound! Now, I for one find that their BGM is pretty neat. At times its cute and upbeat, and at others its ominous and of sorrow. Its all good though, it helps set the mood for each map or town.
Overall Sound Rating: 9/10

Character Creation and Uniqueness is rather a slight disappointment.... When first choosing a character, it is indeed rather simple however. You choose your class and hair color. And done. Now, with telling people apart is different. There is usually only one type of weapon, shield, helmet, etc. per each maybe 10 level. So most of the time, everyone looks the same. Telling them apart is pretty hard. But once you get past that 10 levels, another new set comes in. It might not be much, but it still makes you feel good. Even with this tiny disappointment, the characters look magnificent!
Overall Character Rating: 8/10

Now I leave you with this, games may not always make the world go round; but its what makes the ride worthwhile.
