Final Doom

"Meh, this doom was just a mess"

While most of us have either heard of doom or have spent time playing through its, dark and unsuspecting corridors of hellish terror, most of us will never get to even lay hands on this rare, but somewhat average FPS that was Final DOOM. The game had the same gameplay, though it felt sloppy and somehow, that good old doom feeling was lacking. And the fun just wasn't there, well, here's the truth about final DOOM.

Strory: Time to end the invasion of demons...again...wait a second, it happended on earth twice?! Man, our defenses are pretty crappy. (5)

Gameplay: Final DOOM is good to play, seeing as how it's just more doom. But No matter what level you seem to choose, it always feels rather awkward in the end. The speed and reaction of the controls are great, but overall the feeling of the classic doom is no longer intact, and it just doesn't seem to be what it used to be. This game's major flaw lays within its awful level design, its poor, sloppy and very dull. The dark environments are over done and the game is just depressing to look at. It's a great game, and that great Doom gameplay is still all in the package. It's just the design of Final Dooms levels are a big mess. I can't stand it...

But I must breakdown, and admit im a huge iD software fan. So I can't put this game down completely. The gameplay is still good old doom and the games box art looks great too. The main reason I got this game was for my collection of ID games and such, but I must say. It's still a good game. That's something I will stand by. (6)

Visuals: These are pretty much the same ones they have been using. There are maybe a few new texture, but otherwise, this game looks just as bad as it plays. And thats not to good. I stick to my Doom and Doom II. (4)

Unless you're a fan I do not recommend this game in the least bit. It's just poorly built and just about everything else in the book. Avoid.
