Diner Dash 2

"A 5 Stars Meal for Restaurant Rescue"

I think very few sequels surpass their predessesor but in Diner Dash 2, I can say that this game is way better than it's predessesor! And as a sequel it's funner too!

STORY: 9/10
Well, what can you say about the story! It's simple! For a puzzle game, it's perfect! Flo's helping out her friends from getting bulldozed by a villain wanting to build a megaplex. Flo then helps out each friend by getting helping them raise money to keep their respective restaurants alive. After Flo helps her friends out, there is a twist in the story which add a new level of fun! See below for spoilers!

GRAPHICS: 9/10
It's cartoony and well-suited for this puzzle game. THe game features strips to advance the story. It features four (ahem!) restaurants with upgradable backgrounds and niceties! Flo work with a sidewalk cafe, a pizzeria, a Tex-Mex resturant, and a sushi house! All of them are drawn beautifully and appropo to the theme. The characters are diverse as are the customers!

SOUND: 8/10
Again, it's a puzzle game and for a puzzle game, the sound and music it pretty good. Each restaurant has their own theme and the sounds are pretty good!

GAMEPLAY: 10/10
This game is just plain fun! It's simple but not easy! You're constantly wanting to go for that expert score! You're constantly trying to solve that hard level! For me the hardest was level 40 until I found out how to use the podium properly!

New customers keep you challenged and keeps the game difficult! I can't stand those cell phone guys and those bratty babies! Lesson to all, do not bring screaming kids to restaurants! Get a baby sitter!

The best part is the....

SPOILER ALERT!!!

Secret Levels! After you beat the sushi house levels, you go on to befriend the game's antagonist and help him with a skytower restaurant! You get an extra waiter meaning you an hold four at a time and all the customers are in formal wear! I loved these levels the best.

After that... There is another secret level!

Well, I am currently playing Diner Dash, Flo on the Go and it seems like another hit!
