"One of the best games ever made!"

Oh Sam and Max, probably my favorite game to sit back and relax to. If you don't have the game with the voice acting you are missing one hell of a game!

Graphics: 10

Well since this is in 2d a lot of people will probably past this game by for a game where you just blow people's heads off. But that would be their mistake, the Sam and Max world is beatiful to say the least. With every background, character, and object hand-drawn, it shows that 3d graphics can't make a game better. If you are familiar with LucasArts' graphic adventure games you know how the game should ''feel''.

Gameplay: 10

Not as deep as Rogue Spear or Starlancer, Sam and Max's control are so simple that a baby could play it. Just point and click, hence the reason why Sam and Max is so easy to get into. Some puzzles are really simple while some are really difficult. You might want to use a guide for some. ;)

My favorite part of the gameplay is the fact that you can use Max as a action. For one of the early puzzles you have to use Max, so watch out for that.

Sound: 10

Let me start out by saying if you don't have the version with the voice acting in it, your missing this game! IMO, other companies should hire LucasArts to hire voice actors for their games. Every single graphic adventure(LA) with voice acting is always unbelievable. The actors who protray Sam and Max, make them come alive. Same goes with the other talented bunch.

Music is not really that memorable, but it gets the job done. And the sfx are really good too. *Yes this part is sad ;)*

Story: 10

The basic story for Sam and Max is your 2 detectives who are searching for Big Foot and his lover. This game has the most memorable characters in any video game I have ever played(well for the pc). Sam with his cool way of acting and Max, oh boy is he a funny one. He makes me laugh, cry, and happy. Well he makes me laugh so hard that I'm crying! And in LA fashion, you will see a lot of Lucas Films spotting in the games. I mean a lot. :)

Overall: 10

Overall Sam and Max is one of the best graphic adventure games out today, go buy it now. You won't regret it!
