"A fun game for Harry Potter fans."

As a child, I started getting into the Harry Potter craze. And when I found out my friend had a Harry Potter game for the PC (and had already beaten it), I was so happy to try it out. My friend ended up letting me borrow this game. That was some 4 years ago. I recently acquired this game and replayed it, and decided to give it a review.

* Gameplay - You control Harry Potter, the main character of the game. The game consists of Harry traveling to different areas in and around Hogwarts, and either learning spells, and testing your spell knowledge or collecting lost items and running errands for people. The game is easy to pick up and play, and the controls are customizable and easy to learn.
9/10

* Story - The story of this game is almost a carbon copy of the book of the same name. Harry Potter is a boy who has survived an attack from a dark wizard, and has just recently, at the age of 11, found out he was a wizard himself. He then befriends Ron and Hermione and sets off on his first year at Hogwarts. The games story is great, just like the books'.
10/10
* Graphics - For it's time, this game was a step in 3d technology. Although blocky, the graphics were 3d and somewhat detailed. Although there are a few flaws here and there, the graphics are passable and should not annoy you or distract you while playing.
7/10

* Sound- Here is where the game is lacking in comparison to other catagories. The music for this game is nice, but the few tracks the game has are so repetitive, you will get bored quickly. The voice overs aren't done very well either, with the NPCs you talk to sounding annoying. Harry also yells a lot in this game. A lot. His voice can be very annoying, so you may want to change the sound settings when you play the game.
5/10

* Play Time/Replayability - This game is fun to play through once, but it is a repetitive game and there are absolutely no changes or reasons to make you want to play through again, unless you missed one of the collectibles in the game.
5/10

Overall: 7/10

* Buy/Rent/Avoid- If you can find the game, pick it up! Chances are an old game like this is priced under 10 dollars, and is worth the money for a fun time.
