"A mediocre game wit some new features brought to the table"

Let me start out by saying this, I never completed this game and I have no intentions of completing it, in my opinion you should rent this game first play it then understand what I am saying. This is not the greatest game of all time, but what it does is bring new features that games should do a lot more today read on to find out.

Story: Kinda crappy, but sweet and evil. It takes place when this guy dies on his way home to his hometown. Then he is sent to hell and is given a deal, if your into scary tales and gothic stuff, as well as vampires and other evil creatures, this game is right up your alley, but others will be yearing for something more. In my opinion the story was average.

Concept: This is where a new feature is brought to the table, the concept of spoken dialogue. It is really good, in fact I may even go as far as saying that this is the best spoken dialogue in a game, metal gear solid also had very good dialogue, but this game was a first for that. Another new feature is the ability to change into other creatures to get pass obstacles. Well maybe that isn't a new feature, but a cool one none the less. The concept of spoken dialogue all the way through the game was great.

Graphics: Oh god......do i need to go into detail. This game's graphics are crappy, nothing is 3-D, except for the cutscenes, but my god.....couldn't they make the game into a 3-D evironment, and not just a 2-D. Whoever's idea was this should be fired on the spot, this game is just and over head view, kinda like GTA2. The graphics make me sick at times. However the backdrops are pretty nice, its just the characters that make me mad at this part. This part of the game fails, in terms of graphics.

Playability: There is really no hard part about it. The controls are simple, i really can't complain about this a whole lot. Well at least this part of the game past.

Entertainment: There is nothing exciting about 2-D characters swinging a sword at eachother saying stupid words, it gets annoying at times. I'm not trying to dis this game that badly but still, the action was just plain weak. If your an action gamer, steer clear of this one.

Replay Value: I really wouldn't know, this game's replay value is low, so low that i didn't even complete the game. If i were you, this game probably doesn't exist anymore, in fact i got this game for $5 at Kay-Bee Toys. That was quite a bargain for a game that has so little to offer

Final: If your evil, and sadistic, and totally crave on vampire stories, and other evil stuff, buy this game. But if your just a gamer who likes action games, dont even think about buying this game unless it is a great deal, if you can rent this game then do it just to try it out, but i'm warning you, don't expect anything great about this game.
