General Overview

The only thing realistic about it is the damage you can take. One head shot or a few body shots. Nothing else is realistic in my opinion. I'd like to meet the sniper that can get a head shot on me from a kilometer away because he heard my muzzle fire with his go go gadget ears. Obviously he didn't see it because i was facing in the opposite direction once and was point blank range into one of my ally's body the second time. Also a red can recover from a body wound to shoot you accurately two seconds later. This game is programmed to be difficult in a way that isn't natural or realistic. When laying down sniper fire a group of soldiers will fall to the ground (generally this makes an elevated sniper position much more effective) instead of going for cover. I command my tank to fire and he shoots straight into the hillside. Last time I checked tanks were designed with a vertical and a horizontal axis for the cannon.

Replayability

My bro usually tests out all my fps games at least once and thoroughly enjoys halflife and ut, after watching me play the first few missions he laughs when i ask him to play and won't touch it with a tenfoot pole. Disgusted I quit after a while, recently I started playing again hopeful that the new patch which states the enemy binocular use has been reduced made a difference. Sure enough it did and I completed the mission I had quit and completed about ten more. Now after a few days of play I am quitting again until I can get an Audie Murphy invincibility code. At least then I will be able to see the rest of the story. I devoted 25 days to an everquest character which i later deleted and feel better about that then if I had continued and lucked out on the rest of the OpFlash lvls.

I agree with the general view of Graphics and Sound so I decided to leave those out.

I'm thinking about buying Allied Assault which has medpacks that recover bullet wounds and the like but I bet I have a hell of a lot more fun playing that.

Buy this game if you want Magazines to keep giving you reviews they were paid for. Hey I thought you made money from advertisements.
