"A true Star Wars title!!!"

At long last, a game worthy of the franchise ''Star Wars'' is out! At first when this title went out, I didn't expect much for it, having played previous Star Wars titles, including the original Jedi Knight, which, like the rest of the older games, was a disappointment. I wasn't prepared for what this Jedi Knight II was like.

Graphics: 10/10

I cannot give many comments on the graphics, since they absolutely took my breath away!! The 1st and 3rd person views are excellent. The models and textures are more detailed than ever (especially in the Death Star level). The levels were designed to look and feel like the real places in the Star Wars universe, so you'll pretty much get the idea when you play them.

Sound: 10/10

The music and sound effects sound like they were taken straight from the movies and into the game! The music further increases the mood of the player, especially in the single player missions, much like watching Star Wars for the first time, not knowing what's gonna happen next. The lightsaber SFX are the coolest in the game, and the only thing to make it truly complete are realistic sparks when they collide (oops...that belongs to Graphics...)

Gameplay: 7/10

Multiplayer action here is the best ever since Counter-Strike! Never have you had so many options to totally annihilate your opponents. A few of the options in your arsenal are the Lightsaber, the traditional array of rocket launchers and automatic laser rifles, detonation packs, Force Powers, and even pre-set traps (gotta love that trash compactor in the Death Star!). The single player missions are very well made, but the fun factor isn't quite as good as well shown in games such as Medal of Honor: Allied Assault (MOHAA), Return to Castle Wolfenstein and C&C: Renegade. Still, overall, it is still well above average.

Replay Value: 10/10

I can play this game for weeks and still want more! I cannot comment on this again because this game still has me speechless, but after weeks of straight Multiplayer gaming, I'm still eager for more.

A few final words: GET THIS GAME!!!!
There is no excuse to skimp on this game, since you will surely be missing out on one of the best titles to hit shelves this 2002. With what I said about the Single Player missions, they are also really great, especially if you're a Star Wars fanatic. A lot of familiar faces are there as well, including Luke Skywalker, so you really won't be in unknown territory.

Again, GET THIS GAME!!!!!
