"A game that lets you command the people of the stone age to the people of the future"

Empire Earth is a great game. The game is for anybody who likes real time strategy. Do you like games that let you command people from the Stone Age? Middle Ages? Modern Day? The future? Well it's all here in this single game along with everything in between. Let's move on.

GAMEPLAY-9-Although it may seem tough, after a few hours of experience it becomes easier so the difficulty becomes more realistic for the average gamer. It has a lot of strategy to it as well, especially if you are playing a random map. The game revolves around advancing to the next epoch. When you advance to the next epoch, your buildings and units change. For example, in the prehistoric age, your barracks looks like a cave. But in the last epoch, it looks really futuristic. The units will evolve along the way to The game's epochs range from the Prehistoric Age to the Nano Age in the future!

STORY-7-There are 4 campaigns. 3 of which are based on history. Those are the Greek, English, and German Campaigns. They are pretty historically accurate except for a few times in the Greek campaign where they mix Greek mythology with history. The other campaign takes place in the future and is very believable and enjoyable.

CONTROL-9-The controls are very convenient. All you need is a mouse to play. But if you learn the hot keys you can play an entire game and barely ever have to use your mouse! There is even a few buttons you can click on in the game that you can set so you pick a certain unit or group of units right away!

SOUND-9-Empire Earth music fits the mood of the mission perfectly. The sound is great too. When a horse runs, it sounds real. When an archer fires an arrow or a marine shoots his gun, it sounds real. Even the wildlife has good sound effects.

GRAPHICS-9-Empire Earth has a feature most games of it's kind don't. It lets you change views. From a bird's eye view to a person's view. The graphics for the bird's eye view are very smooth and detailed. The person view is much more blocky but at least it lets you see stuff from a different view. If your mouse has a scroll button, you can quickly go to any view in between as well.

REPLAY VALUE-6-Unfortunately Empire Earth's mission loses their value almost immediately the minute you beat them. But their is a random map setting where you can select if you want a ''small island'' map or a ''plains'' map or many others types. It also as other features such as what epochs you start and end with, divide players into teams, and many other features.

TOTAL-9-Empire Earth is a must buy for strategy lovers. I was hooked on it since the day I bought it.
