"Very Good, Even For $6.95 A Month"

This game is probably the most fun on-line game I have ever played. This game also doesn't get old quick. With over 10 different zones to play in you can do everything from defend your outpost in space to running around and shooting everything that moves. Here is a list of some zones:

Fleet!:You play on a pretty large map trying to defend your command satellite from being destroyed by the enemy. You start off by mining minerals to earn build points. As you earn build points you build new and better things such as, destroyers, frigates, missile corvettes, and defensive satellites. Your objective is to destroy the enemy command satellite before they destroy yours.

CTF:Capture the Flag of course. Your objective is to pick of 4 flags and take them to your base. There you can build automated machine guns, rocket turrets, land mines, and much more to defend your base. Has the added feature of being able to buy things from the store. At the store you can buy better armor, better weapons, and much more. You earn money by killing people and winning games.

EOL:This zone is being converted into an RPG. There are more items to buy in this zone, and it is easier to get money. This zone has no bases, you just wander around in a group or by yourself and kill for money. You fight against hundreds of other players and the only objective of this zone is to kill.

Bug Hunt:Play as either marines or Aliens. The goal of the marines in to recover a science object from a space station that has been overrun by aliens. The goal of the aliens is to stop them at all costs.

There are many more zones which I will not discuss, such as Skirmish and Gravball.

Graphics:Not too good. This game is in 2d and the guys look the same in some zones, but the game is still very fun regardless of the graphics.

Sound:I really enjoy the sound. Eventually you will learn to tell which gun is which by it's sound. You will learn the difference between someone shooting at you with a sniper rifle, and the sound of someone hitting you in the back with an assault rifle.

The people playing this game can get really annoying! You can't go anywhere without someone calling you a ''n00b'' for killing them. There is the nice feature you have available to filter public chat. Even though the game is made worse by some annoying people, I have developed good friendships with many other.

The game is currently being annoying because every time you log on you have to download a patch. This doesn't usually happen and should be fixed soon. People with fast connections shouldn't be bothered by it, it will only take them a few seconds to download.

This game costs $6.95 a month but you can play for free if you want. Playing for free will allow you to log on as a guest. Guests only get a limited amount of playing time and their stats don't get saved when you leave. If you decide to pay, you stats will be saved so that you can build up your character.

If you enjoy shootings game then you should definitely get this, at least try it out.
