SimCity 2000

"A game that will steal Many Hours!!!"

I remember this game back in my 7th grade year. SimCity 2000 was one of the best games I had played out of the crappy Computer games there. I played it everyday for 30 minutes in computer class for half a year before I bought it. The question is, will you like it? The game has no ending, several modes and already made cities to manage, many random efects from your own decisions, and more. The game comes cheaply now at 9.99 U.S. and can be bought at most locations that sell Computer games. So, what can you want from a game that meade me play it 30min a day, 5 days a week for half a year, and too 15 hours a day for a month to play? You decide.

Graphics 7/10: For a Port of the old SNES game, this looks good!!! The only thing I have a problem with is there is very little reactions from the Sims that live there, but great either way!! Unfortunatly, the problem is the grafics look griddy pieces and undeveloped, but thats why its a port of the old game for the SNES. Though the joy of seeing a new building popping up will sometimes delite you after all your hard work.

Sound and Voice Acting 5/10: Unfortunatly, the PC version I bought was different from the one I played at school. It barely had any music or sounds, and there was no voice acting, Still had some music, though. Most of the music is the same and repetative, and the sound efects sound kinda bland.

Controll 9/10: The controll was almost perfect, but had a few flaws. It was a simple point and click method using the mouse, but the only areas that had flaws were the bulldozer and some areas of the grid.
Storyline N/A/10: There was no storyline. You of the mayor of a new town in the middle of nowhere and you have to build a coty, that easy.

Rent ir Buy? Yoou realy cant rent it, but you can buy it. Its pretty cheap at $9.99 U.S. now and makes a great game!!!
The game is worth every penny and all the sales tax it has!

Final: 7/10: I gave it a 8 becuase of how much I loved it at school. It is very adictive and worth some of your time, makes a great labtop game as well if your on the road!! The only problem is if there is a better game, thats the only problem with this game!!!
