Aliens Versus Predator 2

"One of the best FPS' EVER!"

Aliens vs. Predator 2 is one of the greatest FPS games you will probably ever play in your life. It has all the great basics in one:graphics, sound, gameplay, first appeal, and lasting appeal. For those of you who got tis game, you already know what Im talking about. Lets get to the interview!

First Appeal:9/10
The first appeal is very high in this game becuase it is very progressive in the beggining. As eash race yuo get to try out alot of their cool stuff in the beggining, and you try the rest of the cool stuff in the end. The first levels of each race are very action/bloody packed, especially the pred campaign. The Marine campaign starts off with heavy suspense, and the Alien campaign starts off with heavy preparations. The only reason why this category didnt get a perfect 10 is becuase its a tad too hard.

Gameplay:10/10
This category is the greatest aspect of the game. Each race has their nice arsenal of weopons, and their strengths and weaknesses. Each race fights in a different way in order to be succesful in combat. The multiplay is great with levels that have several strategic spots, which encourages good strategy. This game isnt a ''just run and gun'' type of a game. Sniping is very important for all three races. Even though the Aliens dont have projectile weopons (their only weopons are their claws,tail,and teeth) they can still snipe by hiding behind corners and surprie killing your opponent. Even though the single player is great in this game, it is clear that this game revolves mostly around the great mulitplay internet battle. The internet battle is great with several different modes of play such as deathmatch, team deathmach, overrun, evac. Each one has different objectives. To some the gameplay element in this game up in one word, its: options!

Sound:9/10
The sound in this game is great also. You can explicitly hear your opponent being blown to smitherines, their death howls ect. The music isnt as good in the pred or alien campaign, which is why this did get a perfect 10. But other than that minor aspect, the sound is pretty much perfect in this game.

Graphics:10/10
The graphics on this game will leave your jaw dropping. This is truly pentium 3 potential at its best. The graphics are very lush, with no lag if you have the requirments. The characters close up look amazingly real. The level design, explosions, characters, etc. all look absolutely superb! If your a big graphics humper, I suggest you get this game. If your not, then I suggest you get it anyway becuase of all its other great aspects.

Replay Value:10/10
The replay value in this game again- leaves your jaw dropping. The single player is fun to the max, chocked up with suspense, betrayal, relief, action, action, and action! After you beat the single player, youll want to try it out again on a different skill level, or youll want to play the internet play. To some up the the replay value in one word, its: fun!

Extra review

Storyline:The storyline is great again. Each race has its suspense, action to the max, death defying moments, adrenaline rush action in the storyline. It centers around one storyline from the three different views. In some cutscenes you even see the other characters from the other race campaigns. Just absolutley greeeeeat! 10/10

Controls:COntrols are standard fps controls, which are good. You can strafe and jump at the same time, do several other things at the same time. The controls are the best also! 10/10
