"A great game that lives up to the tabletop RPG!!"

After learning to play the original tabletop RPG, I heard that Vampire was also a computer game. I had to get it and searched for it for about two years and never found it, just last week, however, my friend told me he had it and it didn't work for his computer, so he sold it to me. I couldn't have been more happy, and the game was great, too!

Graphics: 10/10
This game has great graphics. The faces are fully animated and show great emotion. The animation is nice and fluid. The real time lighting is done greatly, which shows when holding a torch or flashlight. The weapons and armor each have their own graphics. The game only suffers slowdown periodically, however.

Storyline: 10/10
The storyline starts out as Christof, a Arthurian knight during the Crusades, is wounded in a battle and ends up in the town of Prague in Europe. Through a series of events, he is attacked and turned into a vampire. Now here is where V:TMR scores points for originality: Halfway through the game, the time period shifts from 1141 A.D to 1999, where Cristof replaces his sword for a shotgun. The story is a great tale of the battle between a man and himself.

Gameplay: 8/10
The game's window system is highly reminiscent of the Diablo series, as is the point and click gameplay. Not anything new or intuitive here, but it doesn't hurt the gameplay.

Sound: 10/10
The voices are great and so his the sound, from the clanging of swords to Christof's trademark taunt: ''To the abyss with thee!''

Multiplay: 10/10
This is the best part of Vampire: The Masquerade. The online feature allows you to be the ''Storyteller'', and you can make your own maps, put enemies, NPCs, and items wherever you want, and govern what happens in the game! The perfect chance for Storytellers everywhere!

Replay Value: 10/10
After you've beaten the single player game, there seems to not be anything else to do. Wrong! After completing the single player game, start creating your own game online, it is extremely fun to do and you can make your own character instead of using a pre-generated character, which means choosing your own clan and skin!

Buy this game if you like Diablo or the TTRPG Vampire, or if you like action games. It is a good overall game with great replay value.
