"Car Jacking never was so much fun"

I still remember when I first played Grand Theft Auto. I never heard of the game before but my friend said it was really good. So I decided to try it out. And boy was it good. It was a game without limitations. If I wanted to kill someone on the streets then I can kill them. If I wanted to run people over and crash into other cars then I could. If I wanted to piss the police off and get them after me…well I could. And now the sequel.

Story: 7/10

In Grand Theft Auto 2 you live the life of a gangster. Doing what you do best. CAR JACKING and building a rep with a certain gang.

Gameplay: 10/10

Well my intro kinda says it but anyways you can do almost anything you want. You see a car you like then its yours. If you don’t like someone on the streets then just kill them. If you don’t like how the cops are treating you then just shoot them. But of course the HQ will send back up. There are many weapons that can be found in order to take out anyone that pisses you off. Such as Pistols, Flamethrower, one of my favorites…THE ROCKET LAUNCHER, and many more.

Graphics: 9/10

Well the graphics have greatly improved since Grand Theft Auto. Exploding cars never looked so good in Grand Theft Auto. And the streets and cars are pretty well detailed.

Sound: 9/10

HAHA the sound effects in this game are really funny and awesome. When you just miss running over a guy he starts cussing at you. And when you run around shooting people with an Uzi they start screaming like little schoolgirls. HAHA that’s hilarious.

Replay Value: 9/10

This game is pretty long but even after you finish you can take on your friends online to see just how many times you can kill your friends in the set amount of time. And that’s just the death match mode. There are many others but I’ll leave it to you to find out.

Buy or Rent?

Defiantly a buy. It is as simple as that. First off because you cant rent PC games and 2ndly it is too good of a game to pass out on.

Overall: 9/10

This game is just too good for words. So if my break down of the game didn’t convince you then you are not a hard core gamer who likes to live on the wild side every now and then.
