"Shattenjagger/writer, Gabriel Knight is called to Germany to investigate a wolf murder. But then it turns into a Werewolf murder!"

-Gabriel Knight II: The Beast Within is a GREAT game! It is the first Gabriel Knight game I have played. Ever since I played it two years ago I have wanted Sins of the Fathers. I never got it until this year (1999 peoples!). So now I am a big fan waiting for Gabriel Knight III: Blood of the Sacred, Blood of the Damned (hy it's wht the game is called!). The Beast Within is one of my favorite games! It has a great story, great cast and characters, ad great music! Oh yea!

-Difficulty in this game is pretty difficult. The puzzles are very strange but that is what makes a Gabriel Knight game so fun!

-Jane Jenson hashumor. So, so does The Beast Within. Gabriel and Grace's jokes and insults will probably make you lugh or at least crack a smile.

-The game control in The Beast Within is very simple, not hard at all. And that my friends, is good.

-The Beast Within can be fun. Because it is like watching a movie! And thestory and music is very entertaining. Plus the jokes and insults Gabriel and Grace make.

-The story is great! You'd expect it! It is from the great writer, Jane Jenson. I don't know what she did but she was in the staff of the movie "Jim Henson's Labyrinth".

The Story:

The rude lady man writer, Gabriel Knight has just finished writing his book the "Voodoo Murders". He is now the new Shattenjager of the Ritter family. He is working on his new book and is investigating wolf murders. Townspeople from Ritersburg knock on his door and tell him of a townsperson's daughter being killed by a werewolf. The man says the man's wife witnessed this. The man then says the girl was killed....by a verevulf! Werewolf (he's supposed to be German, remember?). Gabriel Knight goes to the man's house and stays there. Gabriel must investigate these murders, find the truth, and end these murders. He IS the shadow hunter. And shadow hunters hunt werewolves as well as demons, zombies, and vampires. But this is not just Gabriel's job. Grace his researcher takes a plane to Germany and also investigates tehse murders. She must find the past of werewolves and find the real truth. These two people must work together to end these murders because the cops are just eating donuts.

-This game was designed very, very well indeed! Most of the game is movies which are always fun to watch, there ae great puzzles just like the ones you would find in Sins of the Fathers (but different of course), the casting job was good (see the guy from Barbwire), lots of jokes, and just well designed! Yeah baby, yeah!

-The graphics aren't really good but I guess the games' looks go along with the graphics so the game gets a good score in graphics since most of the game is movies!

-The sounds are awesome since they are coming from real people through the games' movies!

-The music is great but that is to be expected. The music was great in Sins of the Fathers. And believe me you wll love that Gabriel Knight theme song as much as I do.
