Gameplay: 10
This game is so addictive that it could break up married relationships. There is just so much you can do with this SimCity game that you weren't able to do on the other SimCity titles. You'd have to play it to believe it... I give Gameplay 10/10, or ''Amazingly Perfect'' rating.

Controls: 10
The controls are incredibly simple that even a very young person could play, all the game really takes is the basic working knowledge of the left click of the mouse. And occasionally you'll need to type something into the keyboard. simple, right?.. I give Controls 10/10, or ''Amazingly Perfect'' rating.

Story: 10
You've been voted as mayor of (Enter Name Here), and your goal is to become the best there is and show the mayor's of the surrounding city's, who's boss!!. The storyline is simple, and given from the beginning... I give Story 10/10, or ''Amazingly Perfect'' rating.

Graphics: 10
The graphics are so crisp and clear that you couldn't imagine. The zoom in capability is a great thing that gives you the ability to zoom in far enough to see the Sims walking on the sidewalks and riding in their cars. The buildings are also very delicately made and placed for the game. It's total perfection!!. I give Graphics 10/10, or ''Amazingly Perfect'' rating.

Play Time: 10
Once again, another ten! People can get addicted to this game since it really never ends, you just keep building and keep building until something tears it up like a tornado or a toxic cloud, then you just repair, and rebuild. I've been playing a good bit for 6 months and it just keeps getting better and better... I give Play Time 10/10, or ''Amazingly Perfect'' rating.

Music/Sound: 9
The sound is very crisp and lives up to what one would want in a game, there is interesting music and sound effects including the Sims talking and horns honking as you zoom into your city... I give Music/Sound 9/10 or ''Simply Superb'' rating.

Challenge: 9
SimCity 3000 Unlimited can become very challenging if you don't work up a perfect strategy. Sometimes it can get slightly frustrating after you've built a big city to find out you are too close to industrial zones, and the people are getting very angry at you. I think it's impossible to build the 'perfect' city... I give Challenge 9/10 or ''Simply Superb'' rating.

Replay Value: 10
One could play this game over and over again. It is endless fun and addiction. The game can suck you into it's dark pits if you aren't careful... j/k... I give Replay Value 10/10 or ''Amazingly Perfect'' rating.

Buy...? Rent...?:
This one is definitely something to buy if you would enjoy building your own city. Like I say in all games I review, If you know you don't want to buy it until you try it out, look for a friend who has it and take a crack at it! But I almost guarantee you'll love it.

It is very rare that I will give a game a 10/10 rating, but this legendary game highly deserves the title... I give SimCity 3000 Unlimited 10/10, or ''Amazingly Perfect'' rating.

Conclusion:
If you are a SimCity fan, this is a must have for your collection. If not, you'll probably love the game anyway. SimCity has been a classic for years and probably for years to come... Play on, gamers!!!
