"One Word: WOW!"

The only thing I can say is WOW! They really looked like they wanted to make a statement. The Grafics are awesome, compared to 3000 the people play in the park, play basketball and the fireworks are pretty cool themselves. I thought 4 would barly improve if improve the gameplay but it did. You can play it for hours, and still want to play more.
The Gameplay is more reallistic, in 3000 it got too easy too fast and the things were unrealistic. Now, Sim City4 has were you have to pay monthly in parks, and power and you can increase and decrease cost per hospital. You don't grow near as fast which cities evenually turn in to huge skyskapers like reall life. The Ordense and the major rateing shows how happy your sims are with you. I shows were the old people live and where the young. They even have classes as you raise the taxes for different wealths. The rich give more money but the poor do the work. The different factories and the different areas show whcih likes whcih conditions.
The different and new item are totally cool and diffently inporved things. You can have basket ball courts,tennis,small parts, gazeboz, plazes soccor fields. The rewards are awesome with major and minor leugue stadums. More kinds of airports, more kinds of rewards more of EVERYTHING!!!!
This is a game that you have to buy, there is no reason at all if you liked 3000 you will love 4. This is WAy better, way more entertaining and way more fun.
The music is okay but the sounds are realitistic, what I do is turn of the music and listen to strikes, firetrucks and all the different cars and people. God mode is also something that is fun to do with cannons and rivers and valleys and animals. The new Sim mode where you can look closely on your sim poeple and what they think of your city. Follow them to work and to the store to the house.
When I first got the game I couldn't believe the improvement and is well worth every penny and then some. The make your own regoin is cool so you can create neibor deals with your own cities, and have your own Area.
