Lego Racers

"A fun, if a little easy, Racing Game!"

Introduction: This is another one of those great Lego games. Though this one could have had a few differences and improvements to make the game better. But overall it is a pretty good game.

Graphics: 8/10

Lego Racer graphics are pretty nice. All the lego bricks look really good and there is also a wide range to build your car in. All the tracks and scenery look really good but some still could have been improved a little. All the lego people look good as well and they are all very animated.

Sound: 8/10

What! Another game with addictive sound! The tracks all have their own different music an most of it is great. Some is a bit repetitive though and some a bit boring. Most of the music is really good though. The engines as well as the squeaks when you turns corners sounds good as well as when you place bricks in building your car.

Controls: 8/10

There are not many controls in this game and there doesn't not have to be. All the controls are quite simple and you will adapt to them straight away. Though there maybe should have been another control or two. Putting together the car can also be quite complex with the controls but driving (the important bit) is really easy and won't take too much practice to master.

Replay Value: 10/10

There is endless replay value in this game. Once you have beaten the champion Rocket Racer you can go back and go through the whole thing again as well as try to get all gold trophies on all the cups. You can also go back and verse your friend in a race and show them how good you are at this game.

Challenge: 7/10

This game is quite challenging. A lot of the computers are very challenging to beat and some of the courses are very difficult to master. Though thankfully some of them are easy. You will need a lot of practice to master most of this game.

Rent or Buy?

Buy this game! It is a lot of fun even if you are not a lego fan but you will enjoy it more if you are a lego fan. There is a lot to do and you will spend hours of enjoyment on this game. There will hopefully be a sequel that is even better!

The final score for this game is 7/10. There is a lot of fun and a lot to do here. Some of this will take practice and it will not be over in 5 minutes. But the final racer of this game will take a LOT of practice to defeat and is very challenging. Good Luck!
