"Fun With Coaster Building"

This is, sort of, an expansion to the game, Ultimate Ride. If you ever wanted to create your dream roller coaster and ride, it, this would be the game to design your ''Ultimate Ride''. This is a game where you build your own coasters in different environments and put props to make the ride more exciting. Even though this game is from Disney, this game doesn't seem to have that ''Disney touch.'' Generally, in this expansion, you have more environments, props, different kinds of coasters, new track modifiers, the fact that now you can put props and tunnels in the track and more. One of the best parts of this game is the fact this game can go online. You can trade your coasters with other people on the internet and download other people's coasters. To me, I think this game is also very educational from imagineer mode. It talks about G-forces (Science class anyone?), and a little history about the kinds of coasters out there.

Graphics: 10/10
The graphics for this game is awesome. The best from Disney yet...I think. It's quite well done. The props make the environments even more graphical and colorful, the roller coasters look very realistic, plus the the developer's proper use of the lens flare makes environments look like you're actually there. The Camera views in this game are pretty good. You can zoom in and out, first person, make the coaster look as if it where a movie and third person view.

Sounds: 10/10
The sounds are realistic. You hear almost every precise sound that you would hear when you are on it. The music for the game matches very well. If you like music, this would be great. You can put MP3's in the game folder to listen to while you ride your creation.

Game play: 5/10
Hmm...this game is pretty bad here. There aren't other options other than Imagineer mode and build coaster mode. What do you expect from a coaster sim anyways? I would think this game is better than most coaster building sims in this section anyways.

Controls: 9/10
The controls are great. The controls are easy, you can use your mouse or your keyboard for this. The only disadvantage is that sometimes props are in the way when you build.

Replay Value: Depends
Generally speaking, this game can get boring. If you don't have the internet, it's quite boring after a while. If you have the internet, you can spread your creations around the internet. You can get lots of add-ons for this game, which makes this game have more replay value.

8/10 There is still room for improvement, but there's always the other expansion, Disney coaster.
