"Excellent World War 2 Flight Sim that portrays all of the action from the German side of the war."

This game is an excellent example of an almost perfect flight sim. In the game, you are fighting on the German side of the war. The game is as realistic as you can get without actually have been in the war. The gameplay is something to get use to. When you first play the game, you will probably crash in the first thirty seconds because the steering is so unstable. I recomend using the keyboard to steer instead of a joystick because the smallest tap on the keyboard or joystick sends the plane into a semi-roll, the best way I have found to steer is tap lightly on one direction then tap lightly in the oppisite direction as fast as you can. You can pilot almost fifteen planes including the famous Spitfire. You can battle almost thirty planes including a B-17 bomber. This game even has multiplayer support along with different options to create your own mission!. The graphics are amazing(3D graphics accelorator required.) When you shoot or get shot by another plane, you can see the bullet holes in your plane as well as smoke if you get shot in the engine! The aircraft graphics are so good, you can see the pilots sitting in the planes as well as tatoos and wording on the planes! The sound is so good, you can hear an engine go out on another aircraft if you shoot it enough and get close enough. The gameplay is beyond normal, the game has over fifty missions all over Europe. the game also has lots of little things that you would probably never notice, but the game wouldn't the same without them.(example:ground fire from anti- aircraft guns and sirens signaling a blackout just as you are about to drop a bomb on a target.) Replaying the game is a must. The missions are the same but the AI is so advanced, it never uses the same attack or defence pattern twice. The only downside to this game is the unstable controls, but it was like that in the real WWII aircraft so the delopers wanted this game as close as possible to the real war. This game should be a part of any flight sim lovers collection or anyone who loves war games.
