"Very, very special"

This game hit me in a way that computer games often fail to hit me.I find I have to take a break after I play it for awhile. The story is sad, very sweet, and incredibly powerful. Kana is a beautiful young woman who is very difficult to forget. The first ending that I unlocked hit me the hardest. It was the second ending, one of the normal ones, and it was my favorite. What I liked about this ending was how neither Kana, or Taka gave up until the very, very ending. Neither of them quietly gave in to fate, as in the intellectual endings. I found it more powerful even than the ending where Kana's life is saved. I found I couldn't handle Kana when she was calm, as long as she was raging and angry it was easier for me to bear her.
I found the intellectual endings disturbing and incredibly depressing. I couldn't like Taka as much as I could in the first ending I unlocked. Someone calls him an incestous ''fool'' during the end of one of these endings and I have to agree with that character. Kana definetly came across as the stronger of the two. Snow, especially, almost made me cry.
This game makes you think a lot about life, and what it is worth. I still get goosebumps sometimes when I think of parts of this game. That is how wonderful this game is.
Graphics: I have to give them at least an 8, because they went so well with the story. People have complained about the transposing the characters on backgrounds and this is a valid point, but a very small problem, in my opinion.
Music: 10, Beautiful, the tragic music gets old at times, but if I listen to it later, it still gives me goosebumps from the memory of the experience of playing this game. The opening song and closing songs are incredibly beautiful. I listen to them on my CD player sometimes, on loop. They feature full voice singing, they aren't just midi tracks.
Plot:10, I would give it more. This game is completely absorbing, it makes you feel and it makes you care. It is like reading an excellent book, but better, because you can read it again and find something different and hidden in it each time, even if it is a little scene that you somehow missed the last time you played it even though you end up with the same ending. For instance, the scene with Kana's hysterics, which isn't vital to the story, but still adds so much more.
Like I said, I liked the second ending the best, because it was and wasn't sad, and it gave you the desire to fight, but all of these endings are very, very hard to forget.
I think I'll remember this game for quite awhile.
