Grand Theft Auto 2

"Being bad has never been this fun!"

I love Gta 2. Soon, you will be playing this game just to go on a wild goose chase. As usual, Grand Theft Auto is based on doing crime. However, the fun has increased dramatically.

Gameplay10/10
Imagine this, you are being chased by a full SWAT team. Just think of all the ways to give them the ''slip''. Of course that isn't what Gta games are about. In Gta, you get to choose a gang(three gangs in each level). Now, you must kill the gang's enemies and complete their quests in order to gain respect. The objective of each level is to earn a certain amount of money. How you do it is up to you. Just remember that once you commit a crime, you can't just say sorry. For example, if you gun down ten gang members in an area. Surely, they will fire back at you. Don't think that the police isn't watching your every move. Even the slightest hijack or murder will attract them. At the top of the screen shows a policeman if someone is chasing you. The more policeman at your screen, the more cars you will have chasing you.

Storyline7/10
Not much of a storyline. The thing that saved Gta from a 5 is that you live by the way of the thief:
You murder everyone, you hijack every car, and even destroy cars. What more do you need for storyline, of course a better plot could do. But who cares? I certainly don't.

Sound8/10
You hear guns fired when there is a gunfight, sirens when chased by a police, and more. A mafia-based song with lyrics would be nice though.

Graphics10/10
You see life-like buildings, cars, and people. Although you don't want to see life-like blood coming out of your body. But then again, ''No pain, no gain,'' comes into play.

Replayablility10/10
You could just murder someone can have hours of fun just being chased by a police car. Of course, you could be collecting Gta 2 ovals. If you collect all of the ovals, you get a really nice surprise. There is no end to the fun gushing out of real crime gameplay. If you wanted to, you could block out all the intersections of the city. Be creative, be careful, but most of all be dangerous!

Buy it or Rent it
You can't rent computer games anyway, so I say buy the game. What the heck, unless you want to get Gta 3. In my opinion, Gta 2 is the best of the Grand Theft Auto series. You will have a blast hi-jacking cars, blasting cars to smitereens, and even taunting policeman without the hassle of court.
