The Sims: Unleashed
Review by galacticjedi
"A worthwhile expanison"
To say, first off, that this is one of the worthwhile expansions for The Sims. It gives a lot to the game, which makes it more interesting and a lot more funnier to play.
The original The Sims has a lot to it, which made it one or the most popular game ever put out onto the market. It had all the careers everyone wanted, homes, money and friendship making relationships, which all of these made it one of the greatest games ever put out. The Sims has had ever good expansions, which helped the game incredibly much, but they were ever generic expansions such as the first two expansions, Living Large and House Party. After they put those out they started to get more to each expansion such as Hot Date and Vacation, which gave a vacation spot and a downtown, but The Sims: Unleashed gives much more. Unleashed gives a new type of careers and friendships that can be made and a new village-like downtown.
The Sims: Unleashed makes the Sims lives much more enjoyable or hellish hole in their everyday lives. The Unleashed expansion's main focus is on the animals or pets that you may own and take care of. The animals give the your Sims a chance to keep in touch with another person or life, if you want. You don't need friends with the pets, there a new friend and companion. The Unleashed expansion also gives a bunch of other new features such as the new five(5) careers to focus on. A career in the fair business, a cook ( finally a job that needs the cooking skills), schooling career, another in taking care of animals and a fashion career. Each of these are fair decent and easy to advance in other then the politics career in the original Sims. The sounds in Unleashed are great because you can actually hear the animals barks and meows, just as if you are petting and playing with them. The graphics are as good as the other Sims, but the animals look realistic, just like the Sims themselves. The last great add-on is the little town that allows you to have a much larger neighbor-hood and the cafe's and dog adoption agencies add much more onto the game, but it's not as good as the expansion city in the expansion Hot Date.
Overall, The Sims: Unleashed, is one of the best expansions put out for the The Sims. It is a worthwhile expansion, but there are other expansion that you could get before this one, such as the Vacation expansion or Hot Date expansion, but it's up to you.
