"The Best Online Game Ever Period"

Introduction:
Tribes is a wonderful online shooting game. I have been playing it for a while and it is just so addictive. In my opinion the Nappy Base servers are the best.

About the game:
The only way to truly play this game is if you play online, single player mode is just boring. There are thousands of players on over 200 servers so there is always something going on i.e.: A tourney or a duel out for a title.

Mods/Patches

The mods and patches can be downloaded for free on various websites you just type “Mods and Patches for Tribes” in the google search engine. You can download skins and the new patch that fixes bugs and errors.

The graphics for this game is breathtaking the flying, the gun shots, the crispness is just unbelievable. The good thing is that it does not need a video card to play so all you people with bad cards your in luck ;) I give this section a 10/10 because everything just looks magnificent.

Ah to the sound well it depends for you do you like “In game music” or not. If you do your out of luck BEFORE YOU STOP READING AND JUST TOSS YOUR TRIBES CD ASIDE CONTINUE TO READ. The Gunshots are wonderful in this game you fire your chain gun and you here the classic machine gun sounds. The cool thing is that new guns like “Mortar” an oversized bazooka launcher that shoots out green bombs and explodes has its own unique sound every time you shoot at something different. You can clearly see that a lot of work went into the sound effects for this game. 10/10 is what this game deserves.

For online play you can just use a 56K modem and you can get decent pings with few lag periods. If you have DSL than there is almost no lag and your pings are always good. If you are a beginner or veteran Nappy Base is for you trust me it is really fun. I suggest DSL because I have it and it is wonderful but it is not necessary.

This is so good for this category. You will be replaying this game (Since you can’t really beat it) over and over again. You will get addicted and that is why it has good replay quality. This game is for all ages and is truly one of the best first person shooter games ever made.
