Command & Conquer Renegade

"Nice game but not so nice game."

introduction- When people heard that a new Command & Conquer game is coming out they were excited. A nice first person shooter with nice graphics is what everyone thought. Being an army of one ,controlling vehicles and taking out bases is what everyone saw. People were thinking this would be fun. With all of the vehicles in the original command and conquer you can drive into the enemies base and blow up everyone or run them over. But always remember that you still have money that will build up from harvesters that you should protect.

-Gameplay- 6/10
This game is fun to work through in story and a blast of a time in multiplayer. The controls are just like any first person shooter. Use the keyboard for control and the mouse for looking around and shooting. This game is easy for some and hard for others so its a nice balance for difficulty.

-Story- 8/10
The story is easy or hard depending if your a rushing person or a stealthy person. If you like to rush you'll be done in a matter of seconds,you might have a chance of success of about 20%. If your stealthy and slow your chance of success is about 80%. But the story takes both and mixes them up. One mission you'll be rushing and the next you'll be stealthy. For the storyline though its just like the all the other command and conquer games.

-Graphics/Sound- 6/10
The graphics are pretty flat there is no nice smooth edges that I found. On some of the vehicles the graphics look quite good. The sound effects and music are quite nice though.

-Playtime/Replayability- 4/10
After you finish this game you'll be wanting more which isn't there. Except multiplayer which because of all the lag is no fun. Skirmishes are fun and take some work to conquer because you can't really tell every unit what to do and where to go.

-FINAL RECOMMENDATION-
Well if you like all the rest of the command and conquer games you will like this one. But after a while remember it will get boring and then you will move on to a different game like medal of honor or the next command and conquer game.

-Overall- 6/10
This is a great game ... for a while. But this isn't that bad of first person shooter. Its an ok shooter. But remember that this is the first ,first person shooter in the command and conquer series
