"This game is the most realistic racing game I've ever played."

I purchased nfs3 beccause I liked the shiny box. I was prepared to find another racing game with horrible cars and easy tracks. What I found was a fast paced, edge-of-your-seat roller coaster ride of burning rubber. The game gives you options that make it easy at first and then more and more challenging as your skills improve. The name of the game, hot pursuit, is of course the main attraction. At first being a cop is difficult because of poor cars. As you complete levels and gain new cars, the thrill of the chase and success is awesome. To stop the cars you have three options. You can set up a road block, deploy strips of tire piercing spikes, or ram them of the side of the road. On the other side of the law, it is just as thrilling. An endless supply of cop cars and trucks are at the disposal of the cpu. They'll try to nail you using roadblocks and tire spikes, along with brute force. The graphics are amazingly realistic. They were also really fast, and I only have a 350 mhz processser and a 12 speed cd rom. The only problem I have seen is minor glitches in the graphics in the distance. Sometimes the black lines, minisquele as they may be, distract you.
