Requiem: Avenging Angel

"Good game but awfully too short"

Okay, angels and devils, demons and knights. Usual things? No. Its got something to do with angels and fallen angels and some demons, but this one makes it so nice and nice just isn't enough to describe it.

Gameplay/Control - 9/10
-Gameplay is very good, innovative ideas, with lots of spells and powers. Control, like all good FPS games, its responsive and accurate.

Story - 8/10
-Being different is this game's main point. The story is well put together, almost seamless, and means a lot if you understand it.

Graphics - 9/10
-Awesome, comparable to Half-life. Nifty effects can be seen especially for certain spells/powers. Everything runs fine if you've got at least 8 megabytes of video ram. Below that, im not sure whether it'l even work properly.

Sound - 8/10
-One of the things I like, especially when enemies scream in agony, truly mastered and made. Hear them agonise, Hear them scream, and hear those females get angry/shocked at you.

Replayability - 7/10
-The game is good, but too short. If it was longer, then maybe it would be more replayable. But then, it doesn't seem like theres anything to add (especially story).

Well then, its a good game but its too short. Whats it then? Its a game with a minor flaw. So rent it unless you have so little time you can only play short games.
