"A Review on Planetside"

Introduction
Planetside is a unique game, and you probably won't find another game like it. It is a MMOFPS which stands for Massive Multiplayer Online First Person Shooter. The game involves combat between the 3 teams named the Terran Republic (TR), the New Conglomerate (NC), and the Vanu Sovereignty (VS). After you play this game for a few weeks you will lots on how to play Planetside.

Gameplay - 4 out of 10
The gameplay in this game are really bad because it might be fun in the begging of when you play, but when you further progress in the game, you will find out how boring its gets after a while.

Graphics - 7 out of 10
The graphics of this game our very beautiful if you own fast computer. If you don't have a fas computer Planetside might look like an ugly game. The game will still look fine with the low and medium graphics settings, but it would look really better with high graphic settings and a fast good computer. But if you don't mind about choppy graphics with low or medium settings be free to keep them like this.

Music - 9 out of 10
Planetside's music is absolutely wonderful. Its fits in every aspect of the game you can think of. I think SOE did a wonderful job at getting the music almost perfect. I also think if they made more music and sound affects I would of gave the music a wonderful score of 10.
Experience and Replay Value
The most stupid thing they made in Planetside is that they made it so you have to pick a side to play with. There is only 4 way to get experience in the game is by hacking, attacking, resecuring and anting. After you have spended all of the night capturing most of the world and when you get up to play again, you find out you only have 5 bases.

Lag Issues
This game has some serious lag issues when playing with lots of people in one area. Even when going in and trying to hack a base with lots of defences deployed there is lots of lag. On the box which has the minimum requirements is not true you need more than that to have a good game. And have you ever wondered why even when you have one of the best pc's money can buy and have access to a T3 connection and there's still lag. It’s because they did not buy a server that could handle the pressure of the lag.

Customer Support
The customer support in Planetside is really bad. One of the reasons why it’s bad is because when you send them a support email you just get an automated message response. Most of the time the customer support don’t even look at your email.

Should I Buy it
You should not buy this game until you tried out the 30 day trial available from www.planetside.com. If you like the game you should buy Planetside and its expansion called Planetside Core Combat.
