Blade Runner

"You like cheese Gordo?"

I would just like to say that this is one of the best computer games that I have ever played. This game had been sitting around my house for about 2 years and then I realized that I never finished this game.
So I re-installed this large game onto my parents computer and I downloaded the walkthrough and I started it up again.
This game is one of the best of its kind for many reasons. It provides more to the Blade Runner Series that the movie and the books lacked in. Even if you never read the book “ Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep” or never saw the movie “ Blade Runner “ then you will not be lost while playing this game. It offers another character with a whole new storyline. Yet it still offers the Blade Runner experience.

Graphics 9/10- These are what makes the game and add a whole 7 to the 9 rating. It is truly a cinematic experience. If you did see the movie you will notice that a lot of the shots are exactly the same. If you are new to blade runner the graphics will truly amazing you. The only thing that anybody could say about the visual effects would be the character design. They don’t really look like they belong sometimes and they look out of place. Other than that you wont be disappointed with the graphics of this game.

Game play 7/10- This is somewhat of a long game. If you follow the game without a walkthrough you will be wondering the streets of 2009 Los Angles for much of the game. The replay value for this game is also very good. This game offers over 4 endings. All different. All leavening you at different points of wonder.

Controls- 10/10- This game is a point and click. If you don’t know what that is its when you can see your mouse curser on the game screen. You left click on objects on the screen to investigate stuff and pick up stuff. When you right click on the mouse you go into kill mode. You bring out your gun and then your left click becomes your fire button. And your right button becomes your holster.

Storyline- 10/10- The whole Blade Runner Series is wonderful. It provides you with a since of wonder about all the characters and you never know what is what. If your not familiar with the Blade Runner Story I’ll help.
The Tyrell Corporation run by Doctor Tyrell are now making people. Like real people that are used as slaves off world. They are like people in every way but they don’t have emotions and they might be able to develop their own emotions. So Replicents ( people made by Tyrell ) are given 4 years to live so they don’t make it to earth and develop their own emotions. Replicants are illegal on earth so the government creates a unit called Blade Runner. These people walk the streets and kill any trespassing Replicants.

This is a great game. I had a great time playing this game and I had a better time writing this review.
This game is now down to a cheap price. And its worth every penny. This game is well worth the price of a haircut and it will keep you at your computer for quite a lot time making a new friend with one of the best series to ever grace my world. Play this game and pass it on to a friend the blade runner experience is one that should be shared.
