Chaser

"An above average game"

Intro:This game is all too familiar,there have been a dozen games that have had the same battle system as this,I actually thought this game would be a good shooter,but it disappointed some people,the graphics,the sound,and the gameplay were similar to a dozen games that were released almost half a decade ago.So here's my review of ''Chaser''

Graphics:The graphics in chaser were normal,they did show a lot detail in the environment,but not much color,the enemys did have a lot of detail.The weapons looked awesome,the cut scenes looked a little like an Xbox game,there was a little more color,and detail in the cut scenes.Chaser does pretty good with the graphics.

Audio:The sound is great if you have a good sound card,but without a good sound card,it sounded bad,the gun shots and explosion sounded a little bit soft.The music is techno it's like a movie.The voice acting is okay,most of the actors have a clear voice.John Chaser sounds good,but the enemys sound like drunk mobsters,other then that everything sounds alright.

Story:You are John Chaser,a former soldier who was the best of the best,but then the people used you for a military experiment in which you lost your memory,you then wake up when a group of red guys raid the place your in,and want to kill,confused you run,the rest of the story happens from there.The story was not bad,it was kind of like watching a movie.

Gameplay:This part really shines,you go to numerous different places to find out who you are,and you fight a lot of enemys.The enemy AI is really good,they can be very sneaking,but other times their just plain stupid.Even so,the enemys come in great numbers,and it takes time to kill them,but you can kill them with numerous weapons,the enemys do get annoying,and frustrating most times.The weapons are similar to other games,grenade launchers are fun to use though.You can snipe,but this is very hard,knowing the fact that the enemys just run at you.The gameplay in Chaser is similar to many games like red fraction,and others.You basically run around mindlessly shooting enemys to see their headless corpses.

Multiplayer:The online death-matches are not that fun,because the servers aren't populated,and occasionally when the some people are playing they usually are hard.The multiplayer loads pretty fast,and you go into a quick match.

If you like science fiction movies,first person shooters,and techno music buy this,if not don't get it,or burrow it from a friend,Chaser has good ideas,but they are usually taken,and this game is just your normal first person shooter,with an addictive story.
