No matter how good you are at chess you will have to be a whole lot better. You can play from expert+ to amauter- you can even make the computer make mistakes. It has spectacular sounds and music. You can play with a 2D set or a 3D set. More than 600 animated sequences. You can play against the computer or against a friend anywhere by IPX, Internet, modem, or serial connections so you will never be without an opponet. Each character is armed with it’s own weapons. They will even fridget when not paying them enough attention. You can either play with regular chess pieces or real life pieces. It’s just spectacular. The game is so detailed and real looking you’ll be amazed. And if you don’t know how to play chess it will show you where to move.

GAMEPLAY **9**

In this game you just click the guy you want to move and then click where you want to move. And if you don’t know how to play or where to move you can just ask for a hint. The gameplay is simple yet brilliantly done by Empire Interactive. With simple movement of pieces this game will be a snap to use in no time at all. If you can see the board you can change the view of it by clicking on the menu to modify almost everything in this game.

SOUND/MUSIC **10**

Every character makes there own sounds when doing battle or just standing around some will even fart. The sound is one of the best parts of the game and it sounds great. The music is dark and gloomy and it sounds just right for the mood of the game. The sound is so detailed and so great sounds can’t even express it. With all of the sounds this game makes its spectacular to just play to listen to the sounds. With all of the sounds the pieces make it is sure to keep you wanting more.

GRAPHICS **8**

The graphics are amazing for only being 32 bit. Each chess piece has been brought to life brilliantly and are stunning to watch what attack they will do next. Each character has their own spectacular moves that are well detailed and look awesome. Although when some characters jump in may look cheesy everything else was brilliantly done. All of the characters are so detailed they look awesome you can see every little thing on the players pieces.

REPLAYABITLITY **6**

The game is not the best for replayability but it will take you quite some time to see all of the character moves and they will still amaze you after awhile. You can play with the computer or with a friend halfway across the world or just in your house. It may have low replayability but it will make up with that by the fun factor. With a friend you’re sure to have some fun playing this game. With the nice feature of Internet play adds to the replayability but it still isn’t the greatest.

CHALLENGE **10**

In this game if it is hard for you to beat the computer take the computer strength down. If your beating the computer like nothing take it up. The selection of difficulty is a nice feature for this game. You can set it low for begginers of higher for pros. The challenge can be set to your standards and you can even have the computer make mistakes. Challenge is not an issue in this game you can make it how hard or how easy you darn well please.

Bottom line if you want an awesome chess game for the PC get this. And if you don’t even know how to play chess which I don’t the game will show you where to move. It’s defiantly worth the money to pick up this title for less than $10. It’s a great game to get for someone who is just getting started in chess.
