"Even the first computer game ever was better than THIS"

Whenever I hear or see the company name titled 'Stellar Stone', I feel very annoyed. That company should have been shut down a few weeks or maybe even INSTANTLY after they released the so called 'game' of the title above this review. Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing has failed in even acheiving A BIT of success in every game`s factor.(Graphics, Sound etc.) This game is bad. Poor. Awful. Horrendous. Horrible. Terrible. Feeble. Abysmal. It sucks. It`s actually even more fun spending all day thinking of what words you should use to 'compliment' this 'game' with instead of playing this piece of junk and get extremely disappointed after wasting unnecessary money(Espacially if you bought it at $40) and seeing how bad Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing is until it`s not even worth a cent.

As said in the title of this review, even the first computer game that ever existed was even better than this one. Stellar Stone merely even thought of what a game needs to be fun. Below, you can now see why Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing is just so......bad.

According to the back of the back of the box, Big Rigs is about you getting illegal cargo to a destination before your opponents. Otherwise, you will be punished by the fair and justice law.

If you actually believe what it says, you`re better off meeting with a psychiatrist. It`s nothing more than a bunch of horrible, terrible lies. What`s more, Stellar Stone actually showed their big ambition on a website and here, but they never had the intention or will to acheive that ambition: To make a great gaming experience or something like that.

Graphics:1/10
It`s...well, bad. The trucks in the game look more like big black blocks with wheels, and you can also the rear brake lights also floats off the back at times. The environment also looks relatively choppy and blur. But to be honest, it`s the best part of this game.

Sound:0/10
There are virtually no sound effects in this game. As for music, there is a soundtrack that goes in a loop for ever and ever and ever until you quit. Besides, that soundtrack sounds plain horrible.

Gameplay:0/10
This is the most redeeming factor of this game...in the opposite way.

The gameplay is seriously horrendous and unrealistic. It has no realism and more importantly, no fun, in the whole game. AT ALL.

After selecting one of the four or five trucks where all of them are made out of ugly pixels as well as choosing a race track out of five of them(one of them which doesn`t even work), you expect a 3,2,1 and GO race.

But wait. There is NO race, because you don`t even have an opponent, despite the fact that you can see them. When the race starts, your opponent doesn`t even move, like as if his truck is empty. As a result, it`s totally impossible to lose. You can`t even move him yourself, as when you drive into him from the back, you go right through him because that truck is hollow. Oh wait...not only his truck is hollow, EVERYTHING, AND I MEAN EVERYTHING IN THE WHOLE RACETRACK, is hollow, and you can drive though them. The same also goes for bridges, when you try and cross them, you fall right through it into the ridge below. From the largest of mountains and the buildings in the urban areas(which doesn`t have anybody moving around like the town is deserted) to the smallest of lamposts, there is nothing that can stop you from going forward or backwards. Speaking of mountains, you can climb just by driving straight into them no matter how steep they are, even if they are fully vertical.

If you really, really want a race, you can get a patch from certain websites which will get the opponent truck moving. Unfortanately, he moves real slowly, and you still cannot lose because he will stop right infront of the finish line and kindly let`s you win.

As for your trucks, their engines function very strangely. When you punch onto the forward button, they speed up to 2000mph from omph in 1.5 seconds or less(NO KIDDING!), and when you feel tired of going too fast or have motion sickness, release the accelerate button and guess what? Your truck went down from 2000mph to 0mph in the blink of an eye. Oooh, how realistic!

If you have the urge to leave the race track, just drive off the top of a mountain. You will find yourself in a whole white coloured world of nothing. Furthermore, you can go as far away as you want, until the game crashes. And although it`s possible to go back onto the racetrack, I doubt that you`ll ever want to.

When you have 'won' your meaningless and challengeless race or in other words, go through the finish line, you get a screen popping up which shows a big throphy and with the big glaring words "YOU`RE WINNER!" below it. However, you have never felt you have won, as there was no challenge at all previously.

Overall:1/10
Actually in fact this 'game' deserved a negative score, but GameFAQs only allows people to rate it as low as 1, which is too bad. Never ever play this game. Never ever buy this game. Never ever rent this game. Never ever look at this game. Hell, don`t even THINK of this game. Otherwise, you`ll regret it. Seriously.
