"Possibly the best Sim title out yet"

This is probably one of the best 'Sim' title out yet except Sim Theme Park. It is far advanced and much better. Some very cool things can take place in your city, UFO's, tornado's. Lots of stuff. The gameplay still isn't that good though because of those darned reporters.

The game has fairly good graphics and is a lot of fun at first but you stop playing it after a week or so. Its fun but won't last you very long at all.

The reporters are just as annoying as always but sometimes provide useful tips. The helper guys are sort of annoying too. They exagurate far too much. Most of all the people who try to make deals with your city make you want to break the CD in half sometimes. It sure agrivated me.

The best part of this game is watching your city go up in flames. To build a bad city and burn it down is a lot of fun sometimes. It also relieves stress. But if you want to stick to good cities you'll have to be strategetic. Use you money wisely and don't do everything the people ask, just what you think is reasonable.

Gameplay 7/10
Its pretty good but not as fun as it ages. If you play this game when you first get it you'll love it for a while but if you don't it will probably sit and collect dust. It takes a lot of strategy to make a great city. Thats just not my area so other people might like this game more than me.

Graphics 8/10
There are quite a few different views for this game and they all have a great amount of detail. The residential area is much improved and the commercial area too. As for the industrial its still just scumy and dirty.

Controls 10/10
They are easy. Its just a mouse, how hard can it be?

Fun Factor 8/10
This is a very fun game indeed but it begins to fade out after a while and you'll stop playing this game. Its fun to burn your city though. For sure!

Difficulty 9/10
This is a strategy game, maybe not to stats but to me it is. You must work out a plan and carry it out perfectly or you'll go bankrupt. I did all the time. It is fun to make bad cities though. Good ones, fun but not easy at all.

Overall 8/10
Its very fun, much better than most 'Sim' titles but fades out quite quickly. Buying or renting is your choice. I would rent it though.
