"All aboard the fun train!"

Gunbound: Root'n Shoot'n Adventure is a free game made by Softnyx. In this game, you shoot cannon balls at other cars. There are other game modes like Jewel, where you have to steal the treasure before the time is up. There is a very large online community for this game, and each and every person you play with is ready and willing to help you out when you are new, or curse at you when you make a poor shot. That is a form of help too, as it encourages the user to be better, and not be cursed at. Also, there are many items called 'avatars' which can be used to alter your stats to your liking. These 'avatars' range from things like e-hats and e-shirts to things like e-helmets and e-suits of armor. That is an amazing selection. Also, as has been stated, Gunbound: Happiness is a Warm Cannon-car is one hundred percent free. No money charged at all. There is no reason not to run out and download this game from www.gunbound.net right this second.

STORY: 10

Others may argue that being an online game, Gunbound: Welcome to Peru! has no story. This is false, as well as untrue. The year is 20XX, and you are a cyborg. The world is devastated, and roving bands of motorcycle gangs control the cities. The only way to stay alive is to battle using state of the art cars that shoot cannon balls. That is a pretty good story, in my opinion, and it is also why story gets a 10.

GRAPHICS: 9.97

Unlike other fancy pants games in this day and age, Gunbound: Countdown to Excite uses beautiful two dimensional graphics. Really, these graphics are vibrant and alive. There have been times when I was playing where I would become terrified for fear of being struck with a cannon ball. The graphics are that good.

Another plus is that being 2D, older computers have no trouble running it. This means that everyone can share in the fun and shoot cannon balls at each other.

SOUND: 8

The sounds and music in Gunbound: Electric Boogaloo are second to none. Softnyx went above and beyond the call of duty here. The sounds of cannon balls flying through the air are tastefully done, with no lewd sounds like there are in today's games. In fact, there are sounds that are the exact opposite of lewd. Some cannon balls make a smashy sound when they hit things, and other cannon balls kind of go ker-sploosh! I do not know how Softnyx went about recording these sounds, but you can sure bet they did a fantastic job!

The musical score was written by Beethoven before he was arrested by time police, and is some of his best work. It is also said that listening to classical music makes your brain bigger, so if you play a lot of Gunbound: Set Sights to Fun! you are bound to get a comically oversized brain.

CONTROL: 5

This is one spot where I am going to have to be a little tough on Gunbound: The Final Solution. Controlling your cannon car can be very tough at times, and as such, there is a very unforgiving learning curve. There have been several times when I missed due to the clumsy controls and cursed at by people from Far Off Lands. Softnyx, you can do better than this.

REPLAY: 10

Being an online game, your experience with Gunbound: Gunbound changes each time you log on. This gives it endless replay value. One session, you may play against someone who curses at you and calls you names when you miss your shot, and another session, you may have several people curse at you and call you names when you miss your shot. Amazing!

OVERALL SCORE: 9

When it comes right down to it, Softnyx created a real gem of a game with Gunbound:Never Forget. It does not matter if you are looking for an intense challenge from people all over the world, a relaxing game of chance, or a game where cars shoot cannon balls at each other. This game has all of that, and much, much more. Einstein was working on this game before he was assassinated, and his influence really shines through. If you are still not convinced this is the best game of all time, then go download it from www.gunbound.net and try it out for yourself.
