"Just a Little Under Perfect"
This game follows the story of the Matrix to the EXTREME. This review will tell about the game in its entirety.
STORY: 9 The story is played out from the very beginning and affects your decisions made throughout the game. It affects almost every part of the game. From early on you choose one of three factions, each faction has pros and cons.
GRAPHICS: 10 The graphics are amazing from the very beginning and never seace to amaze. Every detail is fully animated and the animations are very very very very smooth. Which is good because you have to have an army super-computer to play it at full strength. All of the character details are fully designed and there are hundreds of different clothes to outfit your character with.
SOUND: 7 They really dropped the ball here, the sound, while good, is sub-par compared to the graphics and instilation space. They have one genaric punching and one genaric kicking sound neither of which sound good, this is one of the only place that could take a little improving.
GAMEPLAY: 10 The game play is smooth and connected (If you have the computer to play it) and the tutorial is thourogh and short, taking five minutes to learn the game in almost its entirety. The combat is a blend of typical RPG action and Rock, Paper, Sissors. You choose an attack and it is compared to your enemies attack and then the winning attack is exicuted. Guns are plentyful and a joy to use, ranging from a revolver to a pump action shotgun. Character creation is bland and unoriginal but is still fun thanks to the 3D model of your character constantly rotating showing you all angles.
OTHER: 8 This is where I will put things like vendors, emotes and other things. Vendors are hard to find an offer close to nothing. There are almost a hundred emotes to use ranging from saying "no" to hugging and kissing.
OVERALL: 9 This game is amazing in the direct sence of the word and if you don't like it, you have no heart, you have a black hole.
