Arthur's Quest: Battle for the Kingdom

"So sad..."

After playing King Arthur on the play station 2, I was so impressed and I thought maybe it's a good idea to try the rest of King Arthur games, unfortunately I was so mistaken, and my idea happened to be evil.

GRAPHICS: Lets start with the best thing in the game, the graphics are terrible, yes the worst I ever seen on a computer game, monsters look the same, but with different colors, people are identical they used same women and men, ah environment?…I don't want to sound like bashing the game, but the environment lacks of everything, there is absolutely no details, for example, trees and forest look like a giant green wall, but the worst to come. STORY: what? Story…sorry for disappointing you, but there is not any to tell, you just go through levels beating up enemies and that's all, no cut scenes no voice actors nothing. MY SCORE [0]

SOUND: Amazing how everything is wrong, I just told you there is no cut scenes and no voice actors, not even music, just some annoying sword clashing and monsters screaming. MY SCORE [0]

GAME-PLAY: The worst aspect of the game, the game is first person action, you fight using close range attacks, melee attacks, like using swords and maces, but you still have a bow to use, but, you don't use guns in King Arthur games.

So..what is the problem? The major problem in the game play is just dead, yes you don't feel like playing, and you will get bored fast. The game features 11 levels to go through, fighting is really not important, as you can just run and run and keep running until you reach the exit.

Why not fighting instead of running? Because there is no reason to fight, yes first of all, you should not be able to just run through the entire level without actually having to kill your enemies, and then what for? You gain no experience points as you kill enemies, no items, no key items, no puzzles to solve, and no shops to buy weapons, the game absolutely lack of depth. MY SCORE [0]

DIFFICULTY: I wish the game was hard ,maybe that would make me ignore the bad game play and just enjoy challenging it, but too bad it isn't, the monsters are by far the worst I ever fought in video games, you know why? Because they just run around you waiting for you to stab them with your sword, and that they are so slow, so that you can outrun them all. MY SCORE [0]

Re-play: what a joke, I can beat this game ten times in less an hour, I won't do that and trust me you won't play it again either. MY SCORE [0]

CONCLUSION: Do I need to say more? This is not a good game, there is no reason to buy/rent/borrow it, please make your self a favor and never touch it.
