Lego Star Wars
Review by Krake123
"Good game, and it can last for a very long time."
Hello, I'm here today writing a review for this game called Lego Star Wars. Please go soft on me, since this is my first review. Thank you. We will start by a brief introduction to the game.
Introduction - It's nothing too big here, you start at some dinner called Dexter's Dinner. I'm not sure, but I think that in one of the Star Wars movies the dinner did actually appear. Then, you can either investigate the place or go play the episodes the game has, which by the way are Episode I, II and III. Simple as that.
Gameplay - Alright, the game has little amount of lightsaber moves unfornately, and when you have a pistol all you can do is shoot, no aiming or anything special. You just go and play the episodes, destroying enemies (which has medium variety, by the way), solve puzzles along the levels, and that's almost about it. It is quite easy, even for a kid. Even the puzzles aren't too hard. You almost don't need to think for the puzzles. Also, on Dexter's Dinner, with the money you collected around all the place, you can buy hints, characters, extras, etc... Also, you can play with the characters you buy (obviously). Oh, and the control's are easy to master, and even if you don't like them, you can change them. Now, let's go on to the next section. - 8/10
Story - Well, actually, the only story the game has is the Episodes themselfs. Otherwise, there is no story. Oh, and the episodes are kind of like the episodes. - 8/10
Graphics - They are quite good. If you a NVIDIA graphics card (like me) then they can get even better, since it makes those lightsabers look more real. Besides, I think you don't need a big system to play it, just something medium, with no slowdowns. Still, it hasn't have any super graphics like Half-Life 2. - 8/10
Sound - Well, it's a Star Wars game, so the sound HAS to be good. - 10/10
Play Time/Replayability - It can last quite a lot, I'm near the end, but since I got the game I have took around 5 weeks to get to where I am. Besides, if you want it to last even longer, you can always get all extras like characters and stuff. And about replayability, I don't think that this is a game that really makes you go and play it again. - 10/10
Final Recommendation - Buy it, you will like it, trust me. Don't think the game has Lego stuff in it, it doesn't mind, I don't like Lego too, and I loved the game.
