James Bond 007: NightFire

"The best Bond game, besides Goldeneye 64."

Besides GE64, my favorite Bond Game.
This game is great. It's a First Person Shooter for the PC, as you probably know. Anyway, I came to review this game, so that's what I'll do.
GAMEPLAY: 9/10

This game's pretty easy to control. It's not too complicated, which is a problem wiht a lot of PC games for me. It's not boringly simple either, which is good. Another good thing is that the AI doens't cheat, as it does in so many games.

Basically, in this game, you're Bond, and you have to do various missions. It's not only shooting, either. You have cool tools, like an electric stunner disguised as Car Keys, a Cell Phone Grapple Hook, X ray glasses, and other things. Overall, it's a fun game to play.

STORY: 9/10
This game's story is pretty good, too. You find out that an industrialist (Raphael Drake) is planning something with the US space defense missile platform. You have to spy on him to see if he stole the guidance chip for it. Someone in his organization did it for him. Later you have to protect him, because he afraid that Drake wants to kill him, because the guidance chip was stolen. I don't want to spoil the game, so I won't go into it much. Yet me just say that it's a pretty interesting story.

GRAPHICS: 8/10
While this game certainly isn't the FFX of graphics, it certainly doesn't have bad graphics. It's easy to recognize things. It's nice and colorful too. I think it's pretty nice. Also, the people's sprites aren't all blocky and flat (I mean the hair) , which is good. The graphics actually have characteristics.

Music/Sounds: 9/10
This game has good music. One thing that's good is that the music isn't too loud to hear when you're being shot at, which is a constant problem with me. You can actually change the volume of each individually, which is always good. The people in the game talk, too. I don't like having to read out of a text box all the time. And they actually have tones, their voices have emotion. I like that.

Replayability: 6/10
This is what kind of brings the game down. Once you're done, it's kind of boring the next time. I suppose you can do the next difficulty up (There are three levels of Difficulty), but that's it.

It's still fun to play again. It's just not as fun as the first time.

However, the Online Multiplayer is fun. A problem is that people aren't online often, as this is an old game.

Overall, I'd recommend this game. It's fun.
