"So much fun your head will explode."

Unreal, the whole thing that brought along Unreal Tournament, actually has a storyline. compared to UT, this game is better unless you like endless killing. the devolopers did a great job writing this game, it looks great, plays great, what else to say?

Graphics: The graphics are very good, as they always are in these games, but the one thing that really mattered was the fact that this game will run on old Macintoshes. The graphics may not seem that good to you now (cause you have a PS2 or something), but i still think they are very nice and get a full score. i give this a 10/10.

Controls: The controls are very flexible for the gamer. there are tons of stuff that can be customized. you can even attach a game controller to your Macintosh and play with that if you like. i give this a 9/10.

Sound: The sound effects are very great. you can hear birds chirping outside, guns blasting, people screaming, gore being splashed all over the place. you can hear many things in unreal. and what you hear is very crisp and detailed, and will please your ears. i give this a 10/10.

Gameplay: Same down-to-earth first person shooter, the gameplay is easy to get hold of. the gameplay in unreal is also nicely detailed. gameplay is the best point of the game. even though it may lag at points, still nicely done. Gameplay gets a 10/10.

Story: the story in this game is kind of vague at points. it just does not give enough detail of how you got there, or what your supposed to do. just tons of little gaps. but, still, the storyline will keep you hooked, so i give this a 8/10.

Lifespan: like other games, once you beat this one, there really is nothing to do, so this game has the lifespan until the end of the game, then that is it. though the game is pretty long though. this gets 8/10.

PROS

-Graphics are great
-Sound is also great
-Gameplay is easy to get

CONS

-Story is vague at points, can leave you wondering what to do.
-Lifespan can be short if you are good at unreal

Summary: This game is another good game if your computer is on the low end. i thik unreal may have been meant for that pourpose, but im not sure. just see if a friend has this game, try it, and go buy it from a used software store, because your not going to find this one in CompUSA.
