Hello neopian! Welcome to my petpet guide. I know there are several sites on
the net to view these lists but I added their link, color availability and
a lot more, also you'll find a list with the supplies and petpetpets. I'm going
to make a lot more lists like collectable cards, also with their colors and
stuff. If you have any ideas on things I should add feel free to send me an

Q: What is this?
A: This guide will list all petpets and their descriptions, you'll also find
some nice shops and locations where to get them. UPDATE: Also petpetpets
and other things associated with them.
Q: Where is the petpet shop?
A: The shop an Usul at Neopian Central. here is the link if you don't find it:

Q: Can you buy all petpets there?
A: No, there are some rare/secret petpets that can't be bought in that shop.
Q: So where CAN I get them?
A: You can have some luck and get them as a random event, buy them in shops
for high prices, check out the trading post and auction houses. There are
also some cool guilds which give rare petpets to their members.
Q: What do I get when I send you something?
A: You'll be creditted and if you want, I'll put a link to your shop/guild.
Q: What can I send you?
A: Every single thing missing about petpet(pet) things.
Q: How do I feed a petpet?
A: You don't have to feed Pet Pets, as long as your Neopet shows it lots of
love and attention your Pet Pet will be completely self-sufficient
Q: How do I remove a petpet?
A: If your pet is bored of its petpet you can remove it. If you intend to
disown your Neopet you will want to do this or the petpet will go with your
Neopet. To do this click on your pets name in the yellow side bar (or click
on Quick Ref). When this page loads click on the petpet you wish to remove.
A new page will now appear, at the bottom there is a button that says 'Stop
playing with petpet'. Click this and the petpet will now be returned to your
items.
Q: Can I talk to my petpet?
A: Once you have given a petpet to one of your Neopets you can say things to it
Your petpet will reply, but depending on its species you probably won't get
too intelligent a response from it :) To do this click on your pets name in
the yellow side bar (or click on Quick Ref). Then click on the petpet you
wish to talk to. A new page will now appear and you can type something to
your petpet in the text box.
Q: How do I name my petpet?
A: Once you have given a petpet to one of your Neopets you can give it a name.
To do this click on your pets name in the yellow side bar
(or click on Quick ref). When this page loads click on the petpet you wish
to name. A new page will now appear and you can enter a name for your petpet
in the text box. Click the 'Rename' box to update your Petpet.
Q: Where do I paint my petpet?
A: At the petpet puddle, http://www.neopets.com/petpetpuddle.phtml
Q: What is the Petpet puddle?
A: Right next to the Rainbow Pool is a small puddle... where Neopets bring
their Petpets to get painted! To paint a petpet, you need a) a petpet, and
b) the petpet paintbrush.
Q: Once you paint a petpet, how do you get it back to its original colour?
A: You need to get another petpet paintbrush and paint it again. For example if
you have painted your Geb pink, you will need to get a yellow petpet
paintbrush to return it to its former self.
Q: Once you paint a Petpet does it stay that colour?
A: Yes, that means if you decide to sell the Petpet or put it in your Safety
Deposit Box it will stay the colour you painted it unless you paint it again
Q: Can Neopets have more than one Petpet?
A: No, PetPets can be very demanding and a Neopet can only take care of one at
a time.
Q: How do I get a Petpetpet? [Neopets.com]
A: Petpetpets are very small so you often do not see them, if your pet has a
petpet, it is quite possible that there is already a petpetpet or two
already on your petpet. You cannot buy them from any Neopian shop, your
petpet just picks them up on its travels.
Q: Where do you find petpetpets? [Soupfaerie]
A: Petpetpets are given out as random events. That means you cannot purchase
them from official neopet shops. However, you can purchase petpetpets second
hand through player shops, auctions, and trades.
Q: How do you give your Petpet a petpetpet?
A: Attaching a petpetpet to your petpet can be hard. First, have the Neopet
that has the petpet you want the petpetpet to attach to as your active one.
After you have the correct active neopet, go to your inventory while your
petpetpet is there. Keep refreshing your inventory until it disappears.
Yes, there is a slight chance that something can come and steal your
petpetpet before it attaches; however, that is just a risk of the game.
After the petpetpet has disappeared from your inventory, go back to your
quick reference page and see if it attached! If it did, you'll find
something like this: Petpetname the Doglefox (level 1) + Mootix
Q: Can you remove your petpetpet?
A: Unfortunately, there is currently no way to remove your petpetpet from your
Petpet. If you remove your petpet from your Neopet, your petpet will return
to your inventory; but, your petpetpet will disappear for good. So, be sure
you are OK with losing your petpetpet before you remove your petpet from
your Neopet.
Q: Why do you put urls in this?
A: If you want to search the item in the shop wizard just select these urls,
it's just for your comfort!

What are PetPets?
===============================================================================
Petpets are pets for your pets. You can give them to your pet so he/she has
a little friend to play with. You can talk to the petpet by typing some words
to it. Mostly it will just answer something stupid. These petpets will also aid
you in the battle dome. So if he's really strong you can let it fight for a
round. There is also the petpet battles game where your petpet can battle
against other NPC pets their petpets. If you don't like the petpet's color you
can change it with a petpet paintbrush.

There's no real point to this one. You can send your Petpets into battles, but
you can only attack the enemy's head or body, or defend yourself. A lot of luck
is required, and the game's only reward is to give your Petpets higher levels.
That in theory helps out your main pets in the Battledome, but it's not enough
to make much of a difference.
