Kingdom of Loathing
Review by joeyissoweird
"Never In My Life Had I thought I would have to say this again.. "Excuse me?""
I've chosen my score five out of ten not because I have hatred of that game, but because I have hatred and love for that game. Although, this game shouldn't be considered a game, but reading Captain Underpants online with stick figures, except it's actually funny. This is going to be hard to review at even to 400 words because this game is so horrible, it's like reviewing a pen. But I have to get my word to the public.
Graphics 3/10
The graphics are not there. Nada! There is no graphics. Well, every game has graphics, even this "game". The game's graphics are the most horrible I have ever seen. Well, DragonStomper for the Atari 2600 is worse, but this is bad for this generation of gaming. Just stick figures in .jpg or .gif or any picture formats drawn in Microsoft Paint. I know some of you may like this game, but giving this over a 2 is not smart. You know the graphics suck but you think the gameplay is good, don't put them together. I do think this game is clever for thinking it doesn't need graphics, that's why I give this a three instead..
NO SOUND/10
Oh, this is my favorite. The sound. There is no sound in this so-called "game". So I'll just give this a nice big fat zero. or "No Sound".
4/10
Ha ha ha, this is what makes this a five. The gameplay is pretty simple. Click a picture that has a (1) next to it's name, and you go on an "adventure". Of course, you can just keep clicking the link to the next adventure and keep getting higher in your MP, Muscle, and whatever. It's a steal. You don't even have to read the thing. Although, when I do, it is pretty funny which makes up most of the the gameplay rating.
1/10
The community is not in the game, oh no. It's in a message board that's not in the game, so you're not playing a MMORPG. You're playing an RPG with no plot and no gameplay and no sound and barely any graphics. So I give that a 1.
Overall, you get what you paid for. You might as well just not spend that $0. This game is good if you read the story for each adventure, and you don't care about graphics for games that are supposed to be seven generation game graphics.
