Graphics:
Tibia's graphics are somewhat like Ultima VI's. So their not 3D, but not too bad either. Swords, shields, armors, runes, etc. in the game look great! Also when magic is cast it looks nice.

Controls:
Left click/arrows to move, right click to use/open and Keyboard letters to talk. What could be more simple? Also messaging to another player from miles away is possible. And some lines and words you want to use more than once, you can save to F1-8, this becomes useful to Paladins for Create Arrows spell and Sorcerers for their beam and wave magics, also some other instant spells are good to save in these slots.

Gameplay:
Pretty good, the game is mainly cutted in 2 Isles: Newbie Isle and Main Isle, you start from Newbie Isle, where you cannot attack other players nor they can attack you. Newbie is meant to an Island where you will learn basic stuff, like fighting, climbing ladders/holes, using items, buying, etc. When you get level 8, you can climb to the top of the Training Academy, choose one of the 4 rooms of Vocations and step on the teleporter to Main, where you can attack/kill people and they can (and will) too. Main is harder not only because of monsters and PKs, but you cannot sell food to NPCs anymore, etc.
The bad side here is the LAG!!! Though, You can make dozens of chars and give them all different vocation, because all the vocations are pretty different, it always feels strange at the first time.

Challenge:
People: One day, you walk to the Bank to change money, happy as ever, then suddenly a man comes, attacking you and the next thing you realize is a text that has appeared on your screen: ''You are dead. You have been downgraded from level X to level X.''
Tibia is sometimes SO FULL of PKs! Sometimes it is not, and there are places where the PKs usually hang and places where they do NOT hang.
Good thing for Newbies (Newbies on Main, I mean) is to find Fibula Isle, where the Mercenaries kill all the PKs.
Many people in Tibia are fighting against PKs and there are many Guilds that do that too.
Monsters: NEVER CHALLENGE MONSTERS THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!
Heh, some monsters are easy, but some are hard and some are VERY HARD. It is easy to know that when you see a Dragon, you are in great danger, but it is more harder to know that when you meet a Scorpion or a Lion, you will die in few seconds. In other words: This game HAS challenge, even more than it needs!

Overall:
I really DO like Tibia! I have heard many sad stories of people getting PKed and all. Also many of my friends have quitted because they have been killed, usually the reason was because they were killed ONCE, while some people have been killed dozens of times and they still play!
In a way or another, Tibia would be MUCH better place without PKs...
