"2D Goodness + Internet Connection = Addiction."

Continuum is the only game that has me hooked to for YEARS. Apart from Gunbound, this internet-required game is almost perfect! Each zone has wonderous maps (or arenas) and events. One of my fave zones is Metal Gear. You can play race, Capture the Flag, Elimination, anything, as long as you know which zone they're in! :)

GRAPHICS: 7/10
Continuum's graphics are B-A-D. Sure it has shading, but they stink. The shadowing, however, is quite cool, so I'm adding a point for that. There are also different types of ships somewhere in the zones. There are Mario Kart ships, default ships, Soldier ships, Platoon Ships, etc. So two more points for that!

SOUND: 8/10
The explosions sound okay if you set your volume on high. There are some additional sound effects you can only hear in certain zones. plus, there are more than thirty sounds you can hear for yourself (just type in % then a number and press enter)! There is only one piece of music, though, and it's hard to find using the % feature.

CONTROLS: 7/10
Okay... the controls only cover your RIGHT side of the keyboard. Your left side for chatting (duh!). However, you CAN change your key defs to whatever you like. But I suggest you use the number pad. It has enough buttons for the movement and specials.

GAMEPLAY: 9/10

The game is free, so do not wonder how much it ill cost you. With lots of zones to choose from, and new events popping up out of nowhere, the game NEVER gets old!

OVERALL: 8/10
Subspace is addictive and fun. Enough said.
