"Pretty good"

Graphics 7/10- The graphics, although really really really really (another couple hundred more times) pathetic compared to other games, do fit Tibia quite well. It's effective and you actually can make out the difference between the club and a mace, unlike some other games. There is also shadowing and nice colors and objects depending on the place you are (like sand in the Jakundaf, and tropical plants in Tiquanda). Not bad really, so long as you don't consciously compare it to other games.

Community 9/10- Well, depending on the type of person you are, you can view the community differently. If you treat everyone nicely, greet people with a =) instead of a "NOOB NOOB GIMME UR MONEY" you should be able to gain a fair bit of respect, and you'll enjoy. However, if you go for the latter option, unless you have many levels backing you up, you'll find yourself brutally murdered by a) angry people and b) people who want an excuse to kill without getting in trouble and being killed. However, if you're kind, friendly and helpful, chances are you'll find it great.

Gameplay 10/10- It is amazingly fun. Whether you're solo engaging in combat with monsters dead-bent on murdering you, teaming up with an enormous party of similarly low-leveled people to take down a Dragon or simply getting out some tables, chairs and wine with your closest buddys, there is great fun is to be had here. There are just so many things that you can do, whether alone, or with your friends, varying from making money by producing saleable runes, or exercising your considerable power by buying runes and using them on people you hate, or simply are in the way. (Note: such powerabusing behavior might make you very unpopular, but hey, if you have so much fire power on your side, who cares?)

Storyline 7/10- Not much to speak of in general, but however you will find that there IS a storyline. As you read the in-game books in the various libraries, find out about the creation of tibia and complete the various quests using your intelligence and resourcefulness (there're some quests that only 1 or 2 people have ever done, in fact) you'll find that there IS a storyline. It is fascinating to follow, and the best part is that you could be the first to complete a quest based on your knowledge, unlike in other games (cough cough Runescape cough) where quests are created, spoiled and completed within a day.

Overall 8/10- An cool game. In fact, it is one of the best experiences you can get in a free game. The important thing is to not focus so much on leveling up, but on roleplaying, having fun, etc. Also, do not come in with a negative mindset, instead try to have a cheerful, optimistic one. In any case, you can find me on the world Shanera anytime, and I'll be glad to help you and guide you around, so long as you don't try to steal my kills. Also, donations to my depot in Thais are welcome. (Not accepting rotten bananas, dead trolls bodies or salmon. [allergic]) See you in Tibia! ;)
