"A lot better than the SNES version."

I found this game at a pawnshop for two bucks.I brought it home and I pulled out my 32X and I wiped the dust off it and hooked it up.I was surprised my 32X even worked.I began to play this game and I noticed a couple differences the SNES version was all dark and crappy and this version was alright but it wasent dark.The sound is a lot better and the game play is also improved.My review will state my opinions of the game.But remember this game is not a close as being good as the PC version.Here is my reveiw.

Sound 5/10
I never said the sound effects were good I said they were better thanthe SNES version.The sound effects truly suck in this game but better than the SNES,a lot better.The only thing I noticed about the 32X was that it did not upgrade the sound.So the sound in this game sucks.The music is bad too and it just sucks.

Gameplay 8/10
The gameplay was good you basically run around shooting monsters getting keys and new wepons.The controls are good for the sega genesis paddle.Overall the gamplay is good for the 32X Doom.There is three different episodes and five different difficulty levels.There is a good variaty of levels through out the game of doom.

Graphics 8/10
The graphics are better than the SNES version.The SNES version graphics are dark and crappy but the 32X version is bright and not as crappy.Overall the graphics are good.But the PC graphics are way better because they are clearer and the music and other is better.I don't no why the heck they made doom for 32X but it wasn't one of the good 32X games.

Overall
if you see this game for 2 bucks and if you have a 32X you should pick this game up just to see what it is like.This game is better than the SNES version but not as good as the PC version.THis game is pretty average game.And that is my reveiw.
