"Mario & DK's first step to gaming immortality"

I want to start this review off by saying, ''this game is incredible.'' Yes, I know it's low-bit, but even for the newer generations of video gamers, it still remains a classic in all hearts of video game fanatics. Now on with the at-least 400 word review.

STORY: Mario, at the time, is a construction worker. One day, an ape by the name of Donkey Kong, comes and steals your girlfriend. You play as Mario, to save your girlfriend. A story that everyone knows in love.

GRAPHICS: Like each Atari 2600 game, simple. But that's how every 2600 game was like. And all people accepted it. You might not recognize everything at first, but when you play the first few times, you'll be able to recognize everything. If you want my view, it looks like Mario's a little fatter than in any of the other games he's been in.

SOUNDS: Ah. There's nothing better than hearing the sounds of Mario's jump, or when you get to Mario's girlfriend. Real basic sounds yet classic. Sadly, there is no music while in gameplay.

GAMEPLAY: Now, here's where any real video game fan would look to find the real integrity and excitement in a video game. If this is the case for you, then Donkey Kong is the game for you. It's real classic, where your only real controls is to jump and move in the up, down, left, and right directions. DK throws down those barrels, and there's not telling where they are going to go. And if you run into fiery enemies, beware. They will come at all sides. But here's something: a hammer. When you find one, take it, and nail anything that comes your way.

REPLAYABILITY: From the time, you pop the game into the Atari, to the time you turn it off, you just want to keep playing it again and again.

BUY/RENT: Definitely Buy! Buy! Buy! If you can find it at a used video game store, go and pick it up! You wont be sorry. I guarantee it.

LEVELS: Only 2 level models. Pretty sad, huh? The first is where you dodge barrels while climbing ladders to save your girlfriend. The second is where you must walk over different platforms to blacken them out. When you blacken out each one, you win. But as you go along, the difficulty increases along the way.

OVERALL: The real meaning of a classic game. This is the perfect game for any classic gamer. Even after 20-30 years, this game still rules over all.
