"Quick! Grab the Spider Blaster!"

Welcome to the review of Spider Fighter, the game that involves the fighting of spiders. One of the best games made by Activision in my opinion. Now on with
the review:

9/10 Story- Well, basically all these spiders are coming and are going to steal your fruits from your orchard. You take action and bring out your Spider Blaster to stop them. That's basically all the story is, but good and simple enough right?

8/10 Graphics-Graphics are not too advanced and not too bad. The graphics are good, but not the best. Simple as that. One problem is, that the spiders don't resemble spiders at all which is kind of strange considering that the game is called *Spider* Fighter, you will want to shoot spiders.

9/10 Sound-The sounds for this game are also okay but not great. Not bad. Its just in the middle. You can hear the sounds of the shots firing at the pitiful spider fiends and everything else.

10/10 Controls-Controls are easy to master in this game. You'll be using a left joystick controller. Move the joystick left to move your blaster left and right to move right. Press down the joystick button to fire. Simple and good. There couldn't be any better controls for this game.

10/10 Game play-This is the strong point of the game. Your Spider Blaster is at the bottom. You can only move left and right. The spiders will come from the top left of the screen while your fruits are at the top right of the screen. The spiders will come down and float around the screen for a while and shoot at you before they attempt to take a fruit from your orchard. The Spider Blaster you are equipped with is quite a good weapon. You can shoot at rapid fire. It involves constant shooting and dodging. You have 3 fruits, which means 3 chances before you lose. The difficulty increases pretty fast and enemies dodge faster and are more powerful. The difficulty increases in levels. You will have to destroy all the spider enemies on the screen before going to the next level. You gain points by annihilating enemy spiders. If you are hit once, you die. You start with a couple of lives, and you can gain lives by getting more points. This game is simple and good fun.

10/10 Replay-This game is very addictive if you believe it or not. You'll keep fighting and fighting through spiders to get higher than your old score.Just the feeling of shooting spiders and dodging like a beast is the best.

10/10 Box art-The art on the box is simply a screen shot of the game in action. Shows you exactly what you're up for before buying it.

Conclusion-Buy! This game is absolutely brilliant. It is very fast paced and quick. Simple enough for anyone to play. Thank you for reading my review.
