I do not profess to be fluent in Japanese. I was neither born in Japan nor
have I ever been there. I have had very little formal schooling in
Japanese; what Japanese I do know is a result of intensive self-study over
the past few years. None of the translation work I have ever done has ever
been for profit; all such projects were done due to my own personal interest
or requests from friends. In short, I am not a professional translator.
Furthermore, none of my work is authorized by SEGA, RED, or any other
company. I am doing this merely as a service to fans who will probably ever
see the game otherwise translated into English. Enjoy at your own

熱海の、温泉旅館……明日から、三泊四日だ。
An onsen ryokan at Atami......starting tomorrow, for three nights and four
days.
(温泉 Onsen - Usually translated as 'hot springs'; 旅館 ryokan - a Japanese
style hotel or inn. Thanks again goes to Feena for clearing up the last part
of this sentence; she explains: "This verb [泊 tomaru / HAKU] means "to
spend (a number of) night(s) at" (not at your own place). It is common in
japanese, when talking about the length of a trip, to mention both the
number of days and nights, thus this expression. When going to a hotel they
ask you how many 'haku' do you want, ie how many nights are you staying. So
in this sentence it simply means that they're staying there 4 days and 3
nights. It may seem strange to mention the number of nights you're staying,
cause it'd be 5 or 4 or 3 anyway, but it's apparently common in japanese.")
