Take your time; there's no need to rush things unless you're going for Rank A or something, which you shouldn't be trying for until after you beat the level once. It's a hard level, yes, but if you just take your time and be as careful as possible, you should be able to beat it. There are also other routes you can take in certain parts of the level that might make it easier for you.

It's all about trial and error. Keep practicing and with time you will become a more skilled player. The idea is to just get a feel of the level and its layout a few times before attempting to aim for the A rank, even if you have to go through it at snails pace. By knowing the stage you'll feel more comfortable when travelling at speed and because you've taken the time to know its layout, I'm sure that with a few practice speed runs you'll eventually acquire your target goal.
If youre going for the A. theres a huge shortcut that skips the rails entirely. basically when you approach the rails bounce down till you see the platforms and go towards it. then continue carefully. homing attacks are still dangerous to use in the more recent games
I got 20 lives and just was patient u will be fine.
